Fat Everywhere!

A fat girl's blog.
oh yeah guys,
I colored my hairs!

I colored my hairs!

right then…
I’ve taken a lovely week and a half off from daily exercise, counting calories, and eating more home cooked meals than fast food.

I can go two ways with this:
continue what I’m doing, forget about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, spiral back into sadness over how poorly I’m treating my body, but eat tacos and burritos and poptarts everyday

or

I can start back at it today with tea for breakfast, tuna wrap for lunch, carrots to snack on, more tea, a little while on my exercise bike, and log it all into my MyFitnessPal app

it’s completely up to me. I’ll update later.

Either tomorrow or Friday I will be the proud owner of an exercise bike and treadmill! I’m beyond excited. My workouts are about to be thru da roof.

Also on my list of things to purchase- a hula hoop and some weights.

Anonymous asked: you are so beautiful and sexy <3

Thank you, anon! I’m working toward a sexier me everyday so stay tuned ;)

I know it’s been a while so here’s an update:

I am still taking daily walks / jogs / runs. Yesterday made 3 weeks of sticking with it :)
I have also stuck to healthy eating as well, save a few fast food trips. But honestly nothing to be ashamed of :)

My next feat is to lower alcohol consumption. I’d like to get down to only drinking once a week. Right now it’s at anywhere from 2-4. So yea, I want to work on that.

I’m attending a pool party for a sweet, lil 5 y/o this Saturday, so expect a swimsuit picture soon ;)

Lunch today was a spinach, tomatoe, and cucumber salad topped with 3 oz of boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1/2 serving of shredded mozzarella, and a drizzle of fat free caesar dressing.

Also a pear!

It’s been over two weeks since starting this healthy lifestyle business, and what can I say? I’m loving it. Today I was able to jog further than I’ve ever been able to in my life. And I’ve come to love foods that are good to me.

I am not set on losing a certain amount of weight, as stated in my very first post. What I’m doing is learning to live well while I’m young and making it the norm, so that I will hopefully run into fewer health problems in the future. However, with that being said, I have lost a total of 7 pounds as of today! And I feel wonderful. Even better than before.
