Today will probably not included any exercise. I *tmi* started my period yesterday, and for me the second day is always the worst. I still plan to stick to healthy choices, however. But I’m also making brownies later :3 what can I say…

Anyway, I’m going to see a movie with the feller here in a bit which means you all will get an outfit post from this fat lass. Nothing new, though.

I feel pretty today. I had two pears for breakfast. gonna have a tuna wrap for lunch. You all are beautiful and I really appreciate all of the likes, follows, and reblogs. Thank you.

Dinner was light tonight since I have to hit up the store again soon. steamed veggies (seasoned myself with cayenne pepper, paprika, lil salt and pepper, and garlic powder) and fruit cocotail that I rinsed since it was canned in lite syrup. 

For lunch I had a tuna sandwich on whole wheat sandwich thins and chopped spinach leaves mixed in with the tuna. I also snacked on some baby carrots and two pears.

and as always breakfast was a simple, homemade smoothie. I gotta say, I’m enjoying this getting healthy business.

Sitting here just talking about walking and running motivated me to just fucking go for it. I can’t run for longer a minute or so without stopping, but I’d walk it off and start again. gotta start somewhere.

and for those of you only following me because I’m tubby and cute- outfit posts will resume tomorrow :p

I like that 1 day of eating well turns into 5. I am excited to see what 5 days turns into. :) it’s also neat that 1 day of commiting to an exercise routine turns into 3 days, and I hope to see it turn into a week by next wednesday.

Eating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains makes my body feel so good. I don’t wake up with a stomach ache, I don’t feel sick after a large meal (because I’m full of good things, not taco bell!), and I feel more energized. And also I haven’t been craving alcohol this week! (I am definitely a drinker)
same with taking daily walks…it makes me feel good. tomorrow I am going to try running and time myself…see how long I can go before I have to stop. Thus begins my new beginning. :) my starting point.

It has been a successful week health-wise, but it’s time to step up my game. I will be healthy.

I almost talked myself out of my morning routine today, but then remembered I would thank myself later for it. As in, when I race to the very back and center of movie theatre seats to get the best spot first, I won’t be out of breath. or when I get to the top of my favorite lady pal’s stairs at her place, I won’t have to control my breathing to make it seem like I’m not wanting to collapse and start panting. :) I’m working out for my health first and foremost. So here I am, a fat and sweaty mess. but this is when I feel the best. I pushed myself today. I may be fat, but I’m not lazy.

I measured everything accordingly and documented it on my myfitnesspal app! Hell yea. Whatchu know about a healthy fat gurl?

You’re between 5’5 and 5’7 and weigh anywhere from 240 to 175! I want to look at your beautiful body and get an idea of what I might look like (I know everyone is different!) if I happen to lose substantial weight while on this journey to a healthy lifestyle.

Breakfast was a strawberry smoothie made with frozen strawberries, a splash of peach nectar, and three dollops of vanilla yogurt.

For lunch I had a tuna wrap on a whole wheat tortilla with chopped spinach and a few self-sliced pieces of pepper jack cheese.

And for dinner I had whole grain fettucini alfredo (hope I spelled that right?) with a lil bit of pan fried chicken.

through out the day I had baby carrots, a granola bar, a pear, and lots of water! soooo yep. I am stuffed.

Sometimes my fat bothers me in ways that have nothing to do with appearence.

Like when I’m in bed, resting on my back and all of the fat from my chest, double chin, and neck smoosh together and kinda makes me feel like I’m suffocating…so in that respect I hope I do lose some weight.
