I almost talked myself out of my morning routine today, but then remembered I would thank myself later for it. As in, when I race to the very back and center of movie theatre seats to get the best spot first, I won’t be out of breath. or when I get to the top of my favorite lady pal’s stairs at her place, I won’t have to control my breathing to make it seem like I’m not wanting to collapse and start panting. :) I’m working out for my health first and foremost. So here I am, a fat and sweaty mess. but this is when I feel the best. I pushed myself today. I may be fat, but I’m not lazy.
